I’m a parent needing a medical certificate for my child. I found there was no option for this

Hi Maria, thank you for your feedback. Our service does not provide medical certificates for children under 16, as this is not something we advertise or offer. In our experience, children can become unwell very quickly, and a face-to-face assessment is always the safest option. These visits also provide an important opportunity to check on things like development, vaccinations, and general health. Most GPs will bulk-bill children, so families are usually able to access this care without out-of-pocket costs. We understand this may have been disappointing, but our priority is to ensure children receive the safest and most comprehensive care possible. We do provide carers certificates for parents who need to look after children who are unwell.

Ok service with lower costs helping low income people, asks a lot more questions than other medical certificate providers and asks for proof of identity which others don't require

Website was difficult to use and pretty visually unappealing. It asked me to upload a file but it wouldn’t accept a simple jpeg and did not specify that the photo was the problem so I couldn’t get my certificate. To resolve the issue I had to contact customer support to get an answer. They did respond quickly and my issue was resolved but it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. Prices were great and flexibility to adjust the timeframe of the certificate was also great.

I filled in the symptoms of my back pain, but it should have been written on the doctor's note, but it wasn't. It just says that the patient is not feeling well and has to take three days off work.

Was fast and very helpful the only thing is on site they said 3 days medical cert for 13.90$ but 3 days will be 19.90$ they need to update the site prices.Overall good.

Hi, Anna. I'm not sure where you saw this text saying that a 3-day certificate is $13.90. Our website says "Get an authentic medical certificate from $13.90", the "Our Products" section on the home page lists 1-day, 2-day and 3-day certificates at their correct prices (it does state a 3-day certificate is $19.90), and our price list (https://medcertificates.com.au/pricing/) has an exhaustive list of all our products at their correct prices. I also checked our google ads page just to be sure and they also list all our products at the correct price. If you have seen somewhere on our page that a 3-day certificate is $13.90 could you let us know because we cannot find this. Kind regards ☺️
