Wouldn’t let me change the text of the document and left in a declaration act in the medical certificate

Hi Julie, thank you for your feedback. You applied for and received a statutory declaration. Unfortunately, medical certificates cannot be issued for dates in the past (except for where your current symptoms and history align with the onset, and the onset was in the very recent past). After reading your review, we reached out to offer several solutions—including a refund—even though you hadn’t contacted us directly in the first instance. We didn't receive any response. I asked for it to specify on the certificate that I can only do light duties . I made this quite specific , but nothing about that on there . Early in in the application it said there would be a box you could tick or something along those lines if you required light duties to be noted . Now I have wasted my money and need to do again with another company

Doesn't look professional. Has QR codes and websites written over the med cert. My employer would laugh at me if I submitted that BS. Our Sage Telehealth is better

Hi Jasmin, The look of the certificate is the same as the sample certificates we have on our home page and FAQ page. Certificates are required to have the business name and contact details by law and our certificates meet all regulatory requirements. The QR code is a security feature to enable employers to easily verify the certificates authenticity. We are sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations in this instance. No stars. Too easy to spend too much money and not get accuracy in time frame of leave. Just a ripoff. Also, the response to this review from them only occured after seeing the negative review. I'd tried repeatedly to have my incorrect medical certificate changed to the appropriate number of days without extra charge and zero response . It's a smart guy scam. Money for jam.

This is a fake review from an individual who was not a customer and who was caught out using a fraudulent certificate from our site. Our average response time to text messages via our site is 3mins and we answer almost all messages within 20mins. Our real customers would know and attest to our very quick customer service and turnaround times.
