This is a fake review from an individual who was not a customer and who was caught out using a fraudulent certificate from our site. Our average response time to text messages via our site is 3mins and we answer almost all messages within 20mins. Our real customers would know and attest to our very quick customer service and turnaround times.

Hi Joseph, I don’t have any customers in our patient database with your name or email address. I understand you are not a customer but could you outline how we could have served you better and the reason for your review? Also, as you were not a customer of ours I will be marking this review as fake.
