Wouldn’t let me change the text of the document and left in a declaration act in the medical certificate

Hi Julie, thank you for your feedback. You applied for and received a statutory declaration. Unfortunately, medical certificates cannot be issued for dates in the past (except for where your current symptoms and history align with the onset, and the onset was in the very recent past). After reading your review, we reached out to offer several solutions—including a refund—even though you hadn’t contacted us directly in the first instance. We didn't receive any response. Quick and easy. I was very sick and completely forgot to get a medical certificate. Medical certificates australia was able to give me a medical certificate for the day before. You will need ID and answer a few questions . I will definitely use this service again
