The last thing people want to do when they are unwell is to run around trying to find a Doctor so they can get a certificate for their employer. I'm one of those people. I want to be sick at home, not all over town so utilising this service has meant I'm reviewed by a registered Doctor (I also checked their AHPRA registration details) and my medical certificate was delivered to me electronically with an added option for a hard copy to be posted.
Log in, fill in the forms and go from there.
Thank goodness for this service!
