Website was difficult to use and pretty visually unappealing. It asked me to upload a file but it wouldn’t accept a simple jpeg and did not specify that the photo was the problem so I couldn’t get my certificate. To resolve the issue I had to contact customer support to get an answer. They did respond quickly and my issue was resolved but it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. Prices were great and flexibility to adjust the timeframe of the certificate was also great.
