Doesn't look professional. Has QR codes and websites written over the med cert. My employer would laugh at me if I submitted that BS.

Hi Jasmin, The look of the certificate is the same as the sample certificates we have on our home page and FAQ page. Certificates are required to have the business name and contact details by law and our certificates meet all regulatory requirements. The QR code is a security feature to enable employers to easily verify the certificates authenticity. We are sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations in this instance. The current wait-time to even see a doctor in the area where I am, is two to three weeks. I needed a medical certificate to cover me for two days, & I didn't feel well enough to go out and speak to someone at a pharmacy yet. The application processes was comprehensive to find out exactly what's going on, but easy enough to get done in a few minutes. It saved me a lot of time and a lot of running around. 15 minutes later I have my doctor certificate signed by a proper doctor. Thank you.
