Document verification for employers and educational institutions has changed to make things easier!

Each certificate is now issued with a QR code. When scanned this will display:

• The name of the person the certificate was issued to
• The ducoment type
• The document start and end dates
• Whether or not alternative duties is possible
• The document creation date
• The name of the doctor who issued the certificate

Please check that these details exactly match the details as shown on the certificate you were provided. If the document details don't exactly match, or if the document you were issued with has no QR code, or if you scan the QR code and it fails to match a document, then please email it to us at admin@medcertificates.com.au as it may be fraudulent.
